Missguided Dress | Similar shoes
Happy Monday guys!
If you follow me on my social channels, you’ll know I spent the weekend in Ohio for my besties wedding. I’m pretty sure I would have never made a trip to Ohio if it wasn’t for the wedding, so it was a great excuse to see another part of the States (although I think I may have to go back to make a trip to Cleveland!).
The wedding was amazing. It wasn’t too formal, was relaxed and everyone was so nice! If you follow along on Snapchat (@lcscloset), you’ll have seen the amazing food, lots of champagne and the SUSHI BAR!!!! Absolute heaven…
Not only did Ohio kick off my summer, it also kicked off wedding season… And with wedding season comes the inevitable search for the perfect outfit for the occasion. I was kinda lucky with my outfit for this past weekend. I had spotted this sixties style high neck tie waist shift dress on Missguided a few months ago and instantly feel in LOVE! Of course it sold out right away, but after some major website stalking I whipped it up as soon as it was restocked (on the train to Philly and I nearly missed our stop – true story!)!
Now that my Ohio adventure is over, I’m back on the hunt for another wedding outfit for my brother’s wedding at home in 6 short weeks (I can’t believe I’m gonna be home so soon!!). I’m really loving culottes right now, so I would love to find a really great dressy pair to wear for the day (I have my eye on this pair but I’m not sure if they’re a little too casual?). I am keeping my options open though with my overflowing ASOS shopping cart.
