Xposé Magazine Feature – August 2013

I can’t believe it has been almost three weeks since my last post. Things have just been absolutely crazy lately. I was bridesmaid for my cousin two weeks ago so we had a lot of relations home from England and America. It was such a fantastic weekend and I will try to share a picture of my bridesmaid dress with you at some stage. 🙂 I absolutely loved it!! My Ph.D has also taken over my life and as I am very focused on getting to the finish line, it doesn’t leave much time for anything else. But hopefully I will be back to blogging more regularly from now on.

Now to my first post back blogging… I am so excited to show you my latest magazine feature! 🙂 I was delighted when I was asked to participate in this months How We Wear It feature for Xposé magazine. The theme was transitioning from summer to autumn. Personally, I think autumn is the best season for fashion. The shopping is always amazing but sometimes I do find it is difficult to let go of some of my favourite summer items and embrace the changing weather. So for this feature I decide to take an outfit I wore during some of the amazing weather we had this summer and style it as I will wear it when the temperatures drop. This outfit is the result. You might recognise the t-shirt, shorts and bag from this post a few weeks ago. To take the outfit from summer to autumn I added a leather jacket, some black tights and swapped my sandals for black flats.
