Neon Knitwear

Every year when September rolls around I am always so reluctant to let go of my bright summer colours. I love colour in my clothes and the mood just shifts so much from the bright and happy colours of summer to the blacks and greys of autumn/winter. I will eventually embrace these muted tones but when I saw this neon pink knit sweater I thought it would be the perfect piece to inject some colour into my winter wardrobe. These pictures don’t even do justice to the colour of this sweater. It’s so beautiful and I received so many compliment when I wore it yesterday. I love the loose fit and I just know it will be such a versatile piece. It’s not that heavy, which I think is a good thing because I always find when I wrap up in autumn/winter I am absolute roasting when I go indoors. Because this top is so bright I kept the rest of my outfit very simple with a pair of dark jeans, and a nude bag and flats. I finished off the look with a few pieces of gold jewellery. This chunky gold necklace is definitely in the top 3 of my favourite necklaces. It just looks great with everything. Such a good investment… 🙂
