Hello hello,
Did you all have a good long weekend? I mentioned last week that I was going to Ladies Day at the Galway Races and this is what I wore. The weather was absolutely beautiful in Galway last Thursday and it was such a brilliant day at the races. We backed a few winners, had a few drinks and bumped into a few familiar faces. What made it even better was the chance to catch up with good friends I hadn’t seen in while. I shared a few pics from the day on my Instagram account, so you may have already had a glimpse of my outfit. If you remember my Graduation post, you will be familiar with my Ted Baker dress. I love it so much I couldn’t wait wear it again. This time, I decided to wear my newest heels instead of the blue ones I originally wore with this dress and bought this cerise headpiece at the last minute to make it Ladies Day ready. I have never really worn a headpiece before but I know I will definitely wear more of them in the future. I really loved this one, and couldn’t believe my luck when I picked it up in a local boutique. I finished the look with my jewelled clutch, a statement watch and simple jewellery.
I hope you like it,
p.s. I’m squinting pretty bad in these pics because I wasn’t wearing any sunnies. I always think it looks a bit funny wearing a hat and sunglasses together but last Thursday was definitely a day when wearing some shades was a must. 🙂
I was wearing:
Headpiece: Don Racine
Dress: Ted Baker (similar here)
Shoes: Primark (similar here and here)
Bag: River Island (similar here)
Watch: Michael Kors
Ring: Cobwebs Jewellers Galway
